Return & Refund Policy


At Pappilio, we are committed to delivering high-performance haircare backed by science, nature, and trust. If for any reason your order didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with a seamless return or refund experience.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
• The product delivered is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect.
• The request is initiated within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The product is unopened, unused, and returned in the original packaging with seals intact.
• You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used or opened personal
care products unless they are defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers and quality control, the following items cannot be returned:
• Any product that has been opened, used, or shows visible signs of use.
• Products purchased during promotional sales, combos, or clearance events.
• Customized or personalized kits (e.g., keratin or cysteine treatment bundles).
• Damages caused due to incorrect storage, misuse, or tampering after delivery.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at support@pappilio.in or WhatsApp us at [+91-9034403696] with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• Reason for return or complaint
Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
Step 3: If your request is approved:
• We will arrange a reverse pickup (in applicable locations), or
• We will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, shipping costs will be reimbursed if the fault lies with
us (damaged/wrong product).


4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:
• You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Our team will connect to collect your details securely.
Refunds may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment
provider.


5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not
possible.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated as per the refund process mentioned
above.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, kindly
follow the return process and place a new order.


7. Our Commitment
